Consent to Contact: By scanning a HomeMeta QR code, you expressly consent to receive emails, calls, and texts including those made using auto-dialers and artificial voice technology, from HomeMeta and its users. These calls may be for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes. Your consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
Information Collection: When you scan the QR code, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and other relevant details. This information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you as outlined above.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by COPPA, we will provide you with the categories of personal information that we collect through the Platform, and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such personal information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request. California law requires us to inform you, at your request, (1) the categories of personal information we collect and what third parties we share that information with; (2) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (3) examples of the products marketed by those companies. COPPA further requires us to allow you to control who you do not want us to share that information with. The Platform is intended for users located within the United States. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. If you are visiting the Platform from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, then please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and processing globally.
